   2025 Summer Camp

Important things to note

  • Grades: Sessions are determined by what grade a camper WILL BE GOING INTO for the fall. A camper may move DOWN one grade, but never UP a grade. An upcoming 6th grader may attend PreTeen Camp (down a grade), but an upcoming 8th grader may NOT attend Senior High camp (up a grade).

  • Cost: Please check with your church on their payment policy. Many of our churches pay at least portion of their member kids' registration and that rate has been adjusted accordingly once you select your member church.

  • Two Camps: Campers may NOT register for more than one session as a camper.
    1. The ONLY exception is for middle school and high school students wanting to attend Last Chance Camp (new for 2025).
    2. An upcoming 6th grader should NOT attend both PreTeen camp as a 5th grader and then Middle School camp as a 6th grader. They must choose ONE.
    3. Same for upcoming 9th graders; they should NOT attend High School camp as a 9th grader and then Middle School camp as an 8th grader. They must choose ONE.
    4. Students in 3rd grade should determine which camp fits them best (1 night or 3 nights).

  • CITs (Counselor In Training): High School Juniors and Seniors that have been APPROVED by the Camp Executive Board have the chance to attend PreTeen & Elementary camp as CITs. They must apply, be accepted, and go through training to attend. This is set up through your Youth Minister.
  • Adult Sponsors: Adults attending as church sponsors must be 21 years old, have a current background check on file at their home church (or be willing to have them obtain one), and be actively attending the church they are representing.
  • Other Attendees: Children of adult sponsors attending camp but do not fit into the current week's age range may attend WITH their parent. This does NOT include high school or middle school students coming with your church as "helpers". An "Other Attendee" must have a parent/guardian attending camp as an adult sponsor.
